With multiple studios, we have a variety of classes on offer as part of your membership. Variety is one of the biggest influences on motivation, and we can ensure that your tailor made fitness program includes a variety of classes you enjoy to keep you from loosing your motivation.


We use small group personal training with a maximum of 6 people per class, you get the best of both worlds, cost effective PT whilst also building a great network of likeminded people around you.


Using a mix of cardio, resistance training and flexibility ensures that you are getting the most out of your training, driving results and also reducing the possibility of injury.
